We've all got 'em.

The dead places. The dark parts of your world. The broken things that you just can't seem to fix. The things that make you want to give up on everything. Where every effort seems futile and hopeless.

We all have areas in our life that fit this description. Heavy, I know. And while some of us are naturally more optimistic than others, this underlying condition of the human existence is the same.

*BUT*

This week is Holy Week and this Sunday is Resurrection Sunday. We're celebrating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus from the dead. He WAS dead. He gave His life and died in our place to pay for our sin... But He didn't stay dead. He rose from the dead and defeated Death and all the dark brokenness

God is in the business of resurrection. Not only Jesus, but you and I, IN Jesus. And not just at the end of the world, when He comes to take us all home, but in the here and now. God has resurrection for you and your life. He wants to bring things back to life that you have considered dead. And if we'll let Him, it'll be glorious!

Come to church this Resurrection Sunday as we celebrate our Savior, Who brings life to dead places!
